There are several features that administrators can use to track and manage learners’ information. The administrator gets a separate learner booking programme; a calendar for which to look at the next training and class dates and a page that identifies which enrolled learner is booked for which specific course. They can allocate users into specific groups; this can be by department within the business, for example. Through this feature, tracking progress and managing data becomes a more streamlined process.
