eLearning Creation 

Learning and teaching must be well thought out and done in such a way that the best outcomes are achieved for every learner. When we create eLearning modules or qualifications we do it in such a way that several factors are taken into consideration. Learners must not only understand and learn new information but also retain it for long periods.

We appeal to three kinds of learning modalities: kinaesthetic, visual and auditory.

Kinaesthetic Learning 

Kinaesthetic learning is for learners who are fully hands-on and involved. As such, they present the biggest challenge. Having sections within the courses allows learners to perform concrete tasks as they are learning. They can ask questions during webinars, complete exercises or even share ideas related to the learning material.

Visual Learning 

Visual learners rely on visuals such as pictures, animations, videos and charts. The more visual stimuli there are the better.
